Precision Custom Shapes:
Our custom shape decals are precision laser cut
to 1/1000" to your specifications. If your decal must fit within
a recess or bezel, it is recommended that you size the decal to
be slightly smaller that the area to which it is to be adhered.
We recommend a minimum of approximately 1/64" on each side of the
decal. If you are unsure how to measure properly, you may email
a photo or scan of the bezel, or better yet, mail us the bezel,
if possible and we will determine the best size for you. We provide
a free blank cut out of the actual size and shape for you to test
before your order is printed.

files or convert fonts to outlines. Do not save linked graphics
as part of your file. Include as separate TIF or EPS files.
Download Instructions:
Download all files in NATIVE saved format
(ie: Corel file extension should be mylogo.CDR not mylogo.john).
Mac users: Include .dat files.
Internet Graphics:
JPEGs, GIFFs, TIFFs and all other bitmap files
are sometimes OK for full color printing, they are not considered acceptable artwork for screen printing (metallic
background labels). These files should be redrawn in a vector based
format. This is a service we can provide for you if necessary.
Fonts:
All font files should be included with your art
files. We accept both TrueType and Type 1 postscript fonts. If you
are not using one of the programs listed above, please convert all
type to curves before saving your file.
Scanned Images:
Color images must be saved in CMYK TIFF format
and included as separate files. Scale and rotate as needed before
saving. Allow 1/8" for bleeds. Black & white photos
or line art should be saved as TIFF.
Printed Samples:
Always include a printed sample of your file so
that we may verify the final product against your original. This
print may be faxed to us.
Spot Color Separations:
Any file that is to be printed in spot color, must
have PMS colors in the drawing or layout. RGB, CMYK or standard
colors are NOT acceptable. Please print out your own separations
first to be certain everything separates correctly.
Traps:
Traps should be included for every design where
two or more colors touch. A one or two point overlap is usually
sufficient. Darker color should overlap lighter one.
Camera Ready Art:
We gladly accept camera ready, color separated
art. Art should be output at a minimum of 1200 x 1200 DPI, preferably
higher. Faxes, photocopies, business cards & cocktail napkins
are NOT considered camera ready and will be subject to an art preparation
fee.
